How It Works
Your treatment starts with a digital scan of your teeth using our iTero digital scanner, creating a precise 3D model of your smile. From there, we design a custom treatment plan that maps out each step of your transformation. You’ll receive a series of aligners, each slightly different, which you’ll wear for about 1–2 weeks before switching to the next.

Caring for Clear Aligners
Taking proper care of your aligners helps keep your treatment on track and your smile healthy. The good news? It’s simple!

Here are a few tips for keeping your aligners clean and effective:

Clean them daily – Rinse your aligners every time you remove them, and gently brush them with a soft toothbrush and clear, unscented soap. Avoid using toothpaste, as it can scratch the plastic.

Remove before eating or drinking – Only water is safe to drink while wearing your aligners. Food and colored beverages can stain or damage the trays.

Brush and floss before putting them back in – Keeping your teeth clean prevents bacteria and plaque from getting trapped under the aligners.

Store them properly – Always keep your aligners in their case when not in use to prevent loss or damage.

Avoid hot water – Never clean your aligners with hot water, as it can warp the plastic and affect the fit.

iTero Digital Scanner
Our iTero scanner digitally captures images of the teeth and gum tissue. This allows for models of teeth to be made without goopy impression material. Making impressions digitally allows for less gagging, more patient comfort and less time spent in the dental chair. We use iTero scans for having crowns made, Invisalign treatment, Perio Protect trays, bruxism guards, and other restorative procedures. We also routinely make digital scans in order to monitor tooth wear and other concerns.
